Exchange Process

The product is not returnable. But in case you have received a damaged or a wrong product, we are happy to exchange it.

In order to Exchange a product please write to us at care@purexa.in within 24 hrs from the date of delivery. We will assist you in returning the product to us / provide a new one. When placing a request for returning a product, the customer agrees that our decision in the matter of approving or rejecting a exchange is final, conclusive and binding on the customer.

Unsuccessful Transaction

A transaction attempted by the customer using our Site, which does not result in a confirmed order will be deemed to be an unsuccessful transaction. In such a situation if the customer is charged for the said transaction, the amount charged would be reversed (i.e. refunded to the customer) within 14 business days from the date you notify us about such transaction with screen
shots / written proof of relevant bank debit details.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, and the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi.
