Refund policy

 

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to request a return from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It should be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at enquiry@purexa.in. Kindly note that returns must be sent to the following address:

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please ensure that you request a return before sending the item back to us, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice any defects, or damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about the eligibility of your item for return, please reach out to us for clarification.

Exchange Process:

While products are generally not returnable, if you have received a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to facilitate an exchange. Please write to us at care@purexa.in within 24 hours from the date of delivery to request an exchange. We will assist you in returning the product to us or provide a new one. Please note that by requesting an exchange, you agree that our decision in approving or rejecting the exchange request is final and binding.

Unsuccessful Transaction:

If a transaction attempted by the customer using our site does not result in a confirmed order, it will be deemed an unsuccessful transaction. In such cases where the customer is charged for the transaction, the charged amount will be reversed (i.e., refunded to the customer) within 14 business days from the date you notify us about such transaction with screenshots or written proof of relevant bank debit details.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

These conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of India. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. By using our services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at enquiry@purexa.in.
